Description
The Village of Williamsville, NY was incorporated in 1850 and is one of over 550 incorporated Villages chartered by the State of New York. It encompasses an irregular square mile, most of which lies within the Town of Amherst with its southeast corner in the Town of Cheektowaga.

Located just off Main Street, Williamsville, you will never be far from shopping, restaurants, or parks!  Our community has unique one and two bedroom floor plans.   Our apartments feature stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher, microwave) and full size-in-unit washer Dryer.  We even have a fitness center on site!
